I’ve always been a writer.

In high school, I knew I was interested in a career in journalism. I wrote and eventually edited the school’s newspaper, and during the summer before my senior year I attended the five-week Medill Cherubs summer journalism program. After deciding to attend Northwestern, I quickly involved myself with Inside NU, the SBNation community site covering Northwestern. I had the privilege of serving as editor-in-chief of the site for a year, which taught me a lot about writing, editing, leadership and adaptability. Whether it be in editorial, broadcast or radio, writing has served as the backbone to all of my work.
